・通話録音アプリを「Call Recorder」に変更 (2021.3.20)
「考えられる解決策」を見ると以下のように記載されていました。
Due to policy restrictions in Google Play Store, phone calls cannot be recorded on Android 10 and above.
Some devices have built in call recording capabilities. If your device has it you can use the app and that works together with the internal recorder so you can manage all your calls recording in the app and backup them to the cloud
You can use the app to see all your old backup recording.
If you have device with Android version 9 and below you can still use the app and record all your calls.

私のスマホのOSはAndroid11ですが、録音できているということは、通話録音機能が組み込まれているため？
通話自体がほとんどないのですが、しばらく様子をみることにします。
